Dr. Hodges DDS, MSD

Dr. Hodges graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. After two years as a dentist in the US Air Force he completed a two-year pediatric residency at the University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Hodges is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. In addition to his private practice he is an assistant professor at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco.

Dr. Hodges lives in Santa Rosa with his wife, Dianne, and they have two adult children.

Dr. Raymond Ramos, DDS

Dr. Ramos received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1993. He received his certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Maryland.

Dr. Ramos is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

He and his wife, Cheryl, live in Santa Rosa and have two daughters.

Dianne Hodges BS, RDH

Dianne attended UC Santa Barbara and completed her education in dental hygiene at UC San Francisco.  After graduation she married her high school boyfriend, Frank. 

They have two grown daughters: one in a graduate veterinary specialty at UC Davis, and one a teacher, married, with two young children.  Dianne enjoys working part-time in the office placing sealants in permanent molars of patients 6 to 14 years old and encouraging proper home care routines.

Brenda Wilson - Patient Coordinator

Brenda is one of our front desk patient and financial coordinators.  She has been with our office since 1983.  Brenda, a lifelong resident of Sonoma County, graduated from Montgomery High School and attended Santa Rosa Junior College.  

Brenda enjoys interacting with all the patients and their parents.  Watching patients grow and helping to ensure a positive dental experience for everyone are two highlights of her job.  When she’s not at our office she enjoys her two sons, anything to do with the outdoors, cooking, traveling, bike riding, and being with family and friends.

Pam Walls - Patient Coordinator

Pam, one of our front desk patient coordinators, has been with our office since 1986.  Pam attended Piner High School and Santa Rosa Junior College. 

She is married and has three boys.  Pam loves the interaction with all our wonderful families and says that pediatric dentistry is a must for young children.  When not at the office she enjoys home renovating, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Susie Kirkbride - RDA Dental Assistant

Susie and her husband moved to Santa Rosa in 1975 at which time she began her career in the dental field. Susie feels very fortunate to have been a part of Dr. Hodges’ team since 1989.  As a registered dental assistant she finds it very rewarding to help provide dental care to children and to educate children and their parents on the importance of good oral hygiene. 

Susie especially enjoys working with special needs children.  Outside the office Susie treasures her time with family and friends.  Her family includes an adult son and a daughter who is married and has one child.

Phae Pelm - RDA Dental Assistant

Phae grew up in Novato and has lived in Santa Rosa for the past 12 years.  She graduated from the RDA program at College of Marin in 1994.  She has just celebrated her 10th year working for Dr. Hodges, having joined the team in 1999. 

Phae married her husband in 2002 and has one child.  They enjoy great food and wonderful friends.  Phae loves making the children feel comfortable in our office so that they want to come back.

Shannan Kirk - RDA Dental Assistant

Shannan grew up primarily in Forestville and has lived in Santa Rosa for the last 9 years.  She has worked for Dr. Hodges since 2005.  Even though she graduated the RDA program at SRJC in 2004, Shannan continues to take psychology courses.  Her goal is to earn a degree in social behavior sciences.  She is grateful for the opportunity to get to know patients and their families at the office and enjoys the challenge of putting everyone at ease and creating a relaxed environment. 

For fun outside the office she enjoys outdoor activities, water sports, culinary arts, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
